​Royal Flush Cleaning looks into every minute detail in the house. The primary services comprise of the following:

• Each property will be sanitized

• Extensive cleansing of shower stalls, toilets, sinks, and bathtubs;

• Making of beds; 

• Washing/Replacing the linens, towels and bath rugs; Thin Blankets or Duvet Covers ONLY. We will NOT wash and dry thick comforters!

• Dusting and wiping the furnishings;

• Cleaning of kitchen countertop, cabinet fronts, door handles, and window panes; 

• Taking out garbage cans; 

• Vacuuming the carpets; 

• Cleaning Refrigerator, Stove (Baked in stains additional fee) & Microwave

• Washing and arranging the kitchenware; 

• Cleaners are responsible for reporting damages, missing items or any personal items left from guests. (Personal items will be left in supply closet; if applicable)

• Cleaning company can provide all supply items for an additional fee (toilet tissue, paper towels, trash bags, shower liners, dish detergent, dishwasher tabs, dish sponge, & welcome basket (snacks or candy, water or juice, candle))   

 

Extra Fees: Anything outside of the above scope of work will result in extra fees. (Ie guests leaving units trashed beyond usual cleaning, taking trashcans to street, cleaning exterior of property, ozone odor elimination, last minute late check out etc) Monthly stays or longer will incur a higher cleaning fee. The longer we go between cleanings, the more work our technicians will have to do to restore your airbnb to the appropriate condition. 

 

You can also schedule a deep clean. Deep Cleaning includes regular cleaning plus windows in/out where possible, windowsills, doors, baseboards, dusting/wiping walls, furniture/mattress, ceiling fans, dryer vents cleaning inside all cabinets & contents of cabinets, deep clean of fridge, freezer, & stove.

2. We guarantee consistent quality cleaning services. We employ reliable, hard-working and trustworthy cleaning technicians that are driven by our employee incentives and their desire to give the best possible service to our clients.

3. ​We strive to exceed your expectations for quality cleaning services. We inspect our work before leaving your property.

4. We understand airbnbs sometimes have last minute checkins. In order to best serve you, when scheduling cleaning please let us know when properties are empty and when they have a check in a week in advance. This will allow us to schedule out our cleaners properly.

5. Last minute check outs that are not told to us when schedule is sent out will result in a $55 fee. 

6. Because our costs of doing business rise annually we reserve the option to adjust our cleaning fees on an annual basis. We give as much notice as possible whenever this happens. Please understand we take very seriously how any increases affect our customers and do so only when there is no other option.

7. Payment: Invoices are due after each clean. Any stained laundry will be added to outstanding invoice. Royal Flush Cleaning reserves the right to ask for payment before clean when applicable. A late fee of 25% will be added to all invoices that are not paid within 48 hours of sent invoice.

8. No unfair solicitation of employees. At Royal Flush Cleaning, we are proud of our wonderful employees and we put a lot of time, money, and effort into recruiting, hiring, and training only the best people. Sadly, some past clients have tried to take advantage of our hard work by trying to “poach” our employees. Please note that our employment contract prohibits employees from accepting private work for Royal Flush Cleaning clients unless Royal Flush Cleaning is compensated with a finder fee of $2,500. Please do not solicit our employees for side jobs or direct hire outside of this contract. Not only does this place our employee in an awkward situation, it is unfair to our small business. If you attempt to solicit an employee for private hire without paying the required finder fee, all future services will be immediately terminated.
